Nebraska basketball got back to its winning ways on Saturday against Rutgers by an 80-68 margin. The Huskers improved to 21-2 on the season, the program’s best 23-game record since going 21-2 in 1919-20.
Rienk Mast led the way for this group, with 26 points and eight rebounds. It was his highest point total in Big Ten play this season.

Sam Hoiberg had 13 points, seven rebounds, and five assists on the afternoon. Pryce Sanffort had 15 points and four assists on the afternoon.
Nebraska returns home for a Tuesday night showdown with the Purdue Boilermakers. Tipoff is scheduled for Tuesday night on FS1.
