Duke returns to the ACC Championship game for the second year in a row after jamming Notre Dame three times on its final possession to win, 65-63.
Irish star Hannah Hidalgo hit Cassandre Prosper for a three-point attempt with time running down, but she missed. Then Hidalgo missed a three of her own before Toby Fournier blocked Iyana Moore’s last-gasp attempt away to give Duke the victory.

Duke held Notre Dame to 33% from the bonusphere and 38% overall and forced 14 turnovers. The Blue Devils also hammered the Irish on the boards, 47-32 overall and 20-10 on the offensive side of things.
Taina Mair was tantalizingly close to a triple-double with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. Fournier had 14 points, 8 rebounds, 4 blocks and 2 assists.
Riley Nelson had 10 points, 5 boards, and 5 assists.
Hannah Hidalgo led the Irish with 24 points and 8 rebounds, and former Duke point guard Vanessa de Jesus played 35 minutes, got 10 points, 6 rebounds and an assist.
Duke now plays Louisville for the championship on Sunday. That game is on Sunday at 1:00 PM on ESPN.
