Is Scottie Scheffler playing this week?
No, Scottie Scheffler is not playing in the Valspar Championship.
It's a relatively reduced field. Many of the PGA Tour's biggest names are sitting this one out.
The ramp up for the Masters starts soon, so this is a chance for Scheffler to recharge his batteries.
He also may simply want to turn the NCAA Tournament on his TV and watch it all weekend long.
When does Scottie Scheffler play next?
Scottie is scheduled to tee it up next week at the Texas Children's Houston Open. That begins on Thursday, March 26.
It's only known for sure beyond that that Scheffler will be in the field at the Masters, which begins on April 9.
His status for the week in between may only be determined by how he's feeling about his game before Augusta National arrives.
